Good Management Is Not LLC was formed in 2010. It began as a way to interact with fellow managers, to continue the conversation about what makes a successful manager. As part of the discovery process, I began to identify areas in which I could contribute. Having interviewed thousands of applicants and read over 5,000 applications and resumes, the hiring process was a natural area to focus on. My career has also included significant interaction with customers, leading to a focus on Customer Service. When I was a manager for Best Products years ago, I was part of a project to create training modules for supervisors and managers. My chapter was on Stress in the Workplace.
Today, Good Management Is Not offers expertise and focus in several areas of management. Not surprising, these are Hiring, Customer Service and Stress in The Workplace. Products offered include books, interview quizzes and a soon to be released Interview Checklist. As the owner of Good Management Is Not LLC, I offer keynote presentations, workshops and I do individual consultations via Skype. My blog, I Love Getting Up In The Morning focuses on management, employment and the world at large.
